'Clockwork' Polly Edison

One of the more prominent Childlings in Moss River, Polly Edison (commonly known as 'Scrap-Rat,' 'Clockwork Polly' or simply 'Clockwork') is also the city's youngest entrepreneur.  While nominally homeless she generally manages to find places to sleep and is sometimes seen in the company of Frei Larsdottir, who also remains her closest friend.

Clockwork Polly maintains a small workshop somewhere in the Carbon Street area, on the border of the city's failed industrial district, near the Carbon Street Scrap-Yard.  Here she can be found harvesting parts from old cars, whitegoods and other devices, which she then makes into handmade toys and sells both through the scrapyard owner's office (she has a small display there) and on the streets, particularly around Main and Second.  She also sells some purely chimerical toys and curios, mostly in exchange for Dross.
