SFX) Sweeping Chains, Staggering Will - In an action that includes Mystic Chains or Mind Control, add a D6 and gain an additional effect die for every target past the first.

Theresa May was always the mind mannered one, the one you least expect harboring an extreme hatred and loathing for others, working as tour guide in one of Paragon City's more obscure (and certainly eccentric) museums. It is not known how the museum managed to acquire a Mu artifact, but the Chains of Dominae certainly had a reaction to Theresa May once they were put on exhibit. What started as a mild compulsion amplified everyday until Theresa could not help but steal the barbed chain link collar and shackles...and once she put them on, Theresa May ceased to exist, and Dominae was born.

She was arrested before she could get close enough to the President foiling her attempt to control one of the most powerful people on the planet for her own ends. MAGI was able find a way to separate her from the artifact and was given a surprisingly lenient sentence despite the number of victims she left in her wake as it was deemed that the artifact was responsible for her actions. When the Cerebreaum took over the Zig's security, they were about to find out how wrong they were as Theresa was driven to reacquire her chains. Meeting up with two others (Morose and Twilight) whom she previously worked with, they strove to escape the Zig. Their attempt was nearly foiled by the interference of UV, Windwalker and Crimson Fury...and if there's anything to be said about Dominae - she holds a grudge like no other.
