Mrs. Barlow is the 'Crazy Old Lady.'  Everyone is sort of scared to go past her house because people say she is a witch. It also doesn't help that there are strange, acrid fumes coming from her house, like incense is burning.  There's an old tale that she came running out on the front lawn to hit some kid named Eddy Hughs over the head with an umbrella.

If anyone deserves to be pranked, it might be her.
