The Jester is the mysterious leader of Le Cirque d'Aberrations, a troupe of Calbian performers who've taken up residence in Miir. His deformities are subtly disturbing -- he's clearly a half-breed, with the slitted eyes and sharpened canines of an elf, along with unnaturally chalky skin that can almost be passed off as greasepaint and a smile that rips through his cheeks up to his ears. And he smiles. All the time. Even when his tone of voice is anything but happy. It's rumored that he's one of the rare Caliban whose touch still carries The Twisting, so he's given a wide berth.
