Ibrahim is one of the better-liked (well, least-despised) Al-Krujar overseers. He treats his slaves almost like people, and his security is lax enough that the slaves who want to run away can usually get away. He also seems pretty half-hearted about chasing those who escape him. It's almost as if he doesn't really approve of how his House treats laborers but isn't courageous enough to actually speak out and is thus content to just be an incompetent slave-driver.
