Razzi Ripgrins is a Redcap, one of the elite fighters of the Powrie clan that lives beneath the city in The Belly. She leads the Manyteeth Mob, and her gang is one of the most active in Miir. She recently took in a mob of Mountain Powrie who told her of a "Powrie not Powrie" that's sided with the smelly manny-manz against their own kind, and seeks to hunt him down. She's also on the lookout for an Ikulukiah Bigbrah that "viciously attacked" (read: was defending himself from) her band and killed several of her clanmates after a case of mistaken identity. Since she's the only one who gets to kill them, she's taken this defeat personally and has vowed revenge.
