Aaliya al-Jeget was a ruthless leader of the al-Jeget nomads that rose from being mercenaries used by the Great Houses to that of a Great House with a powerful military. While many of the al-Jeget did convert to worship of Ba, Aaliya maintained her original convictions and called upon draconic power to achieve her ends. It is said that her mortal end was due to a powerful summoned spirit that she was unable control. As part of its retribution, the uncontrollable spirit consumed her physical being. However, Aaliya's own spiritual part was left free to wander Miir.
