An amazing computer hacker that somehow landed on Lodin's radar. While The Hurricane (his online moniker) is a legend among the hacking community he mostly stays out of active involvement within Chicago politics. When Lodin was killed in the War of Chicago it revealed how much he had been holding back the Hurricane. Let loose he went on a bit of rampage while also making vital contacts. With the Camarilla neutering him in their crackdown in digital spheres he posted a final defiant message saying the Camarilla are unequipped to deal with the Second Inquisition and since then he has thrown in his support fully with the Anarchs.

The Hurricane is a tall, skinny man who appears to be in his early 20s. His skin is as white as marble. He’s worn the same pair of eyeglasses since he dropped out of high school, and the lenses have become so scratched that it’s difficult to see his green eyes through them. He prefers wearing old t-shirts and jeans.
