Mark Decker was the leader of the Anubis before rising up as the new Prince of Milwaukee. Prior to his claim to praxis his group of Gangrel helped patrol the city protecting its inhabitants from lupine incursion.

He was viewed as a neutral choice between the cities main power players, someone who had proven his loyalty to kindred as a whole while also being disinterested enough in politics to allow the other elder room to toy and tug with the city.

Mark is a tall Caucasian man who is powerfully built. He tends to wear black clothing that would make it practical to be in a fight and is always seen with various silver-bladed daggers just in case. He radiates an aura of leadership and authority that makes everyone see him as the most trustworthy kindred in Milwaukee, a rare title to bestow upon a Prince.
