Tim is a young and ambitious caitiff who runs with a group calling themselves the Parkie Mob. They're a coterie of Anarch criminals who seek out thrills that only the afterlife can afford. One of their favorite tactics is to stick up a gas station, intentionally let their guard drop so the attendant unloads a gun into their backs and then watch them screams the Parkie Mob gets right back up again.

Tim looks a lot older than he acts making his age hard to determine. He could be a young looking thirty-year-old or a hard living teenager. He usually wears giant shades at all times.
