Personality: Molly's coarse, no-nonsense attitude tends to put people off when they first meet her. Though she's mellowed a bit over the last few years, she's still not the kind of girl you take home to Mom. Unless Mom is from Compton, maybe. Molly curses readily, though she's managed to curb it a little since working for SHIELD and she does not suffer slights quietly.

Despite the nature of her work, she's not prone to violence and doesn't act rashly. When angry, she tends towards cold and calculating and that's a bad scene.

Appearance: Uncommonly fair-skinned with jet-black hair, Molly tends to draw attention. Her skin is perfect, without blemish or marking, resulting in a sort of china-doll look, and her oversized eyes don't help that much at all.

Her eyes are cybernetic implants and can change color at will, though she favors electric-blue and pale green most of the time. Because she doesn't actually need to; Molly sometimes chooses not to blink, a behavior that some can find...unnerving. That's Just one more thing that adds to the 'doll' vibe.

Apart from, and somewaht at odds with her appearance, Molly has an innate sensuality to her movements, expressions and voice that tends to make people think of her 'in a certain way'.

History:
Growing up as trailer trash in Highland Park, Michigan, Molly ran away from home at the age of 17 to escape sexual abuse at the hands of her mother's druggie boyfriend.

Unfortunately, as is the case with many teen runaways, Molly fell in with bad people and ended up addicted to heroin and turning tricks to get her next fix. Her pimp, a man named "Knock" was an up and coming dealer on the scene in Detroit, but broke Biggie's rule about getting high on his own supply, and ended up very unstable and violent.

He lost his temper and attacked Molly one night and her mutant powers manifested resulting in the death of Knock and 7 of his inner circle.

With nowhere to go, Molly got picked up by the police and ended up going through withdrawl in jail.

Right before sentencing she was given a choice life in the penn, or Shadow Squad.

Valerie Cooper brought her the offer. Come and work for the government as a deniable operator or sit in jail for the rest of her life. Molly took the deal, but the gig at Shadow Squad was relatively short-lived before the whole thing fell apart at the seams.

During her time with Shadow Squad, Molly had a brief and extremely ill-advised relationship with Aaron Zewan, the villain named Timeslide. After she turned from black ops to hero work, they drifted apart and when the big depowering event took place, Aaron was one of the unfortunates who was affected. Law Enforcement used the opportunity to arrest him, and now he's in the vault, just in case.

After Molly escaped her servitude to Shadow Squad with Tony Stark's help, she got her record cleared and got started out on a whole new life. For a while she served as his bodyguard and personal assistant but after finding that he had an aversion to dating the help, she quit.

Molly and Tony dated awhile, but Tony wasn't really the monogamous type and Molly understands, making sure to keep things on good terms, because she kinda needs him, and really she still loves him.

Molly operated out of Seattle for a while with a team called the Misfits and did some solid work cleaning up gang activity and organized crime which put her on a head-on collision with a SHIELD agent operating undercover. Assisting the agent in her mission, Molly was recommended to Director Hill as a potential asset.

Molly's been working with SHIELD ever since.
