To look at Shosuro Yumiko is to be supremely unimpressed. A bookish young woman, wearing clothes just a touch too fashionable for a glorified bureaucratic scribe, she seems terribly unsuited to the court robes of the Scorpion, let alone her position as secretary to the Magistrate Otomo Kamewahru. She is often seen stumbling behind the great Magistrate a sheaf of loose papers clutched awkwardly in one hand and the other gripping the cane that supports most of her weight.
