Perhaps it is due to the biological compatability between timelord and human but the Wanderer has always had a fascination with humanity. He also has a fascination with females and unlike most timelords has a strong male self identity. He is able to some extent control his regeneration cycle. He is fairly young, only a fee hundred years old and has only regenerated once.
