Julius is a man with average height and build, who speaks with what one would consider a posh and educated accent.

He has been assisting OSI for a few months, called a "boffin" by the actual soldiers, as he is there in an auxiliary capacity, rather than a recruited soldier. He has helped with his studying of folklore and the occult, as well as knowing six languages - Danish, English, French, German, Latin, and Russian.

Anyone who spends time around him has seen how much he cares about his books, getting frustrated whenever anyone thumps or mistreats a book, and will go out of his way to save books from being destroyed.
