Physical Description:
Kaija (pronounced like kai-yah) is a petite Half-Elf standing barely over five foot tall, with a slim but curvy and strong figure weighing 104 pounds. She has very dark hair that has redding hues brought out by the sun and bright blue eyes that she inherited from her human mother - the color of the summer sky when she is happy and darkening to a stormy spring sky when she is upset or angry. Her skin is smooth and flawless, a trait she inherited from her elf father, and her ears come to delicate points and are very sensitive to touch, being one of her erogenous zones.

Kaija loves to wear beautiful clothing, and even in her adventuring gear she tries to stay fashionable. Though when n specific missions she might wear darker clothing to help her blend into her surroundings, when the situation does not call for it she likes lighter colors, especially ones that accentuate her eyes.

Personality:
She can have a feisty personality and tends to be very cautious and new people and unfamiliar places. However that can be easily remedied with a large mug of ale....or two....or three. The girl likes her drinks and after spending the last 8 years with a group of outlaws she learned to drink with the best of them. Once she has made you her friend she is very trustworthy, and will do all she can to help out a friend.

Background:
Her father was a elven trader and mother was a human herbalist. She was born on the outskirts of a human settlement located roughly 30 miles west of Zershai along the River Lamarh in the country of Vorshai. After her father fell in love with her mother and settled down with her, he gave up his life on the road. However this area of the world was not very elf friendly and her mothers town soon started to view her as a traitor and her mother was murdered by the townsfolk when Kaija was very young. Her father then took back to his life on the road and Kaija grew up traveling the land with him. She never had the best relationship with her father though because after the death of her mother, he became very paranoid and overprotective of Kaija, rarely letting her out of his sight. Kaija grew annoyed with this and as a teenager she ran away from her father. She became lost in the forest and was found by a group of thieves/bandits who took her in a trained her. She grew up with them and learned all of the skills she has now. Eventually she grew sick of her life of crime and heard rumors that her father had grown ill.

Hiring herself out as an adventurer and treasure hunter, Kaija soon found herself hired by the powrful Alchemist's Guild and sent to procure spider silk from the Spider Woods and the giant arachnids that lived there. This proved to be quite difficult, and while in that treacherous forest she came across a human man named Hellyot. The two teamed up, finding strength in numbers and made it out of the woods alive, having become very close friends. They decided to travel together and over time became romantically and sexually involved.

Their latest expedition has been completed, and they find themselves in the Tesger Empire, their coinpurses full and the wonders of the great city of Tergon calling to them.


Skills and Abilities:
- Accomplished thief and acrobat: skilled in picking pockets, locks and discovering and disabling traps of all types.
- Stealthy and is used to hiding in shadows and moving silently.
- Adept at climbing and balance, as well as various acrobatic maneuvers that make her harder to hit.
- Skilled with the blade, especially her elven short swords and elven sword. Prefers to strike from hiding rather than stand in a toe-to-toe melee.
- Skilled with a bow.
- Accomplished treasure hunter and adventurer and is learning more linguistics from Hell.
