Physical Description: Killian was blessed with good looks and knows just how attractive he is, using it to his advantage. He has large ice blue eyes and a strong square face. His hair is black and shaggy, falling down on the sides of his face in a stark contrast to the paleness of his skin. His body is well muscled, hinting towards the strength that he has.
He typically dresses in a casual fashion, with the color palate falling towards the darker end of the spectrum. Killian often wears dark tight jeans, and fitted shirts and its obvious that his clothes are expensive. He wears a chunky ring on his right hand
Species Description: Killian is the product of the union of a male Vampire and a female human, a combination who's offspring is sometimes known as a Dhampir. The circumstances of a dhampirÂ’s conception are often called into question but scarcely understood, as few mortal mothers survive the childbirth. Those who do often abandon their monstrous children and refuse to speak of the matter.
Dhampir's are semi-immortal and posses a supernatural longevity similar to that of elves, but they still live and die like a mortal would if they are injured substantially.
Tall and slender and with well-defined musculature, dhampirs look like statuesque humans of unearthly beauty. Their hair, eye, and skin colors resemble unnerving versions of their mothersÂ’; many possess a ghastly pallor, particularly in the sunlight, while those with dark complexions often possess skin the color of a bruise.
While many dhampirs can pass as humans in ideal conditions, their features are inevitably more pronounced and they move with an unnaturally fluid grace. All dhampirs have elongated incisors. While not true fangs, these teeth are sharp enough to draw blood.
Dhampirs have no culture of their own, nor do they have any known lands or even communities. Often born in secret and abandoned at orphanages or left to die on the outskirts of town, they tend to live solitary lives as exiles and outcasts.
Although it isn't always the case, most dhampirs succumb to the evil within their blood. They are unnatural creatures, and the foul influence of their undead heritage makes an evil outlook difficult to overcome. Those who struggle against their wicked natures rarely progress beyond a neutral outlook.

Personality: Its hard to place Killian's true personality. One would assume that it is different than the face that he puts on in public, but no one really knows. It's difficult to get close to the man and even more difficult to get him to let you in past his public facade. *

* Daywalker: Born of night and day, human and vampire, Killian is a bit of an anomaly. His human blood allows him to walk in the light of the sun, but his vampire DNA tends to make him to reflexively shy away from it.
* Hybrid Anatomy: Killian, a mix of human and vampire, shares the strengths and weaknesses of not only vampires, but humans as well
Although he has the potential for immortality, he must sustain his form as humans do. Though it is a bit tedious, he must eat, drink, and sleep daily - when not in hibernation, that is. While those factors can be seen as weaknesses, they are strengths, as well. There's nothing like a full stomach and a good night's rest to boost someone's strength and power. Not to mention, it tends to put one in a good mood. Cranky Dhampir aren't the best company, and tend to be quite murderous when their temper flares.
On the other side of the spectrum, his physical strength, speed, and endurance far surpass that of vampires, being fueled by the odd, yet powerful mixture of human and vampire blood. Killian does have to hibernate (go into a deep sleep) for a century or so every couple of millennia, and it tends to leave him extremely powerful and hungry during his first few days after waking up.
All in all, the Dhampir are a vicious and powerful race with plenty of strengths and weaknesses. They do not fit the typical vampire tropes of being vulnerable to sunlight, garlic, or even stakes through the heart.
Decapitation and fire seem to be the most effective ways to end the life of one of these creatures of the night.
* Potential Immortality: Being a human/vampire hybrid, has the potential to become an immortal. While he is technically mortal, due to the human blood pumping through his veins, he is able to sustain himself on the blood of others. As long as he drinks blood regularly, he will never die of age or illness. Decapitation and other methods of slaughtering 'immortals' are a different story altogether.
* Illusion Manipulation: The ability to create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are.
* Mental Manipulation: The user can manipulate, modify and control the thoughts, mindsets, and upper brain functions, allowing the ability to render others unconscious, suppress their memories, and negate the use of abilities, increase/decrease mental capacity, modify minds to be agreeable, control minds, sway sensations to induce altered perception, bestow/heal mental disorders, create/penetrate mental barriers, etc.
