Human Description of General Appearance: When one first looks at Lily, they can almost immediately get the feeling that some isn't quite right with her, but without knowing her better its almost impossible to place what that is. It could be drugs, its could be lack of sleep, or it could be something not quite right in her mind, but often its a mix of all of the above.
She stands at an average height of 5' 6" but is a bit on the thinner size weighing around 105 on most days. Throughout her entire life she has been on the thinner side, but now she's even scrawnier than she had been in the past due a tendency to forget to eat or be too distracted to do so. Because of her weight, her frame is lacking when it comes to curves, but she still has enough to appear feminine.
Her hair is blonde and messy, falling to just past her shoulders. No matter how much she brushes it, there always are some parts that just never do what she wants them to so she usually just gives up on trying, giving her a perpetually disheveled look. She's a pretty girl when she tries but not in a way that many people would ever call hot. Her brown eyes are large and round, typically filled with a vacant look, almost like she sees something that no one else can, which usually is the case. She has soft features, but her front teeth are a little larger than normal which is made more obvious with the slightly agape look typically on her face.
As far as her clothes and make-up, there is no one way to really describe Lily's style. Typically she just wears whatever she grabs out of her closet that morning, but somehow they always seem to match.

Other than her awkwardness though, she looks like your typical Grey Wolf.

What was your position in your former pack: Even though her mom was an Beta, her "dad" was a human and her biological father was a lone wolf and Lily never really fit in in the pack. Technically she was an Omega, but once her showed promise that she was a pureblood and not a halfling, her mom and to spill the beans and was kicked out of the pack.
What brought you to Three Valleys: Well, her mother and biological father had told her that they were all going to go to Three Valleys and start a new life. However one the last night of their traveling they snuck off while Lily was asleep, hoping that she would get the point and not look for them. They wanted to join one of the packs out side of the Three Valleys territory and had a feeling that if they showed up with her in tow they would just be turned away. She waited two days for them to come back, but they never did so she moved on to Three Valleys

Eep! First reaction would definitely be to panic, I would probably freeze in place where I was an have no idea what to do. Definitely wouldn't try to interfere though. This is all assuming I realize whats going on though, there is a good chance I don't.
2. If your character saw a Shifter cub wandering into a busy street after a ball, what would your Shifter do?
I would try to stop the cub, duh. Can't let the little ones get hurt. Although I might be the one to get hit in the street instead.
3. Your Shifter is participating in an athletic event and comes in second to another Shifter how do they react?
Athletic event...? No thank you. I'll sit on the sidelines and watch please! Have you seen me run? I trip over my own feet.
4. Your Shifter is in the middle of an important negotiation when the person in charge of the meeting suddenly collapses with a heart attack- what would be your Shifter's first reaction?
Just like with the gun thing, my first reaction would most likely be to panic and not know what to do. Or not realize whats happening.
5. Your Shifter has been unjustly arrested for disorderly conduct and is thrown in General Holding. There are seven large men or women in the cell with you. What does your character do?
Stay very small and try to look innocent. Gotta stay on their good sides!
Personality Details
Personality: Lily's personality is a bit hard to nail down as she often has some unknown or unseen thing haunting her. She reacts to things that no one else can see and can sometimes be a bit paranoid. Even with these things though, she is almost always in a good mood and its quite easy to make her smile or laugh.
Many people have had the tendency to think that because of how she acts that she's not quite intelligent, but thats far from the case. When focused and able to ignore all the things going on in her head, Lily is an incredibly smart girl and got good grades all through school.
Hew personality varies widely however depending on if she has been practicing blocking out the things going on in her mind. When she is, her thoughts tend to be much more put together, she is less easily distracted, and seems like an almost normal girl.
When not focused (which is more often than she is) she can often be found getting distracted and staring off into space or bouncing around from topic to topic making her very difficult to follow. Once you get to know her better though she can be a bit easier to follow. Sometimes she relies on the people closest to her to help remind her whats real and what isn't.

Background/History: Lily was born as the only child to her mother Luna, a Wolf Shifter out of the Portland area that had taken a human as her mate. Her family was never very wealthy and that also served to be fuel for the other kids to being picking on her before she even knew that she was a wolf. Her parents had always been outsiders and that view transferred over naturally to their child as well. Lily never seemed to mind though and enjoyed walking to the beat of her own drum.
When she was 12 she had her first shift and was on her own for the whole thing. Her mother was off somewhere else and her father had no idea what to do with a wolf child so he just took her out to the woods. It took her 3 days to come home and when she finally did she started manifesting her abilities as an empath.
It wasn't long after that she was suspected to be a pureblood Wolf and her mom had to come out with the truth. She had been cheating on her human husband with the local Lone Wolf and had gotten knocked up with Lily. This must be where the empath ability came from, but Lily's biological father wasn't entirely sure. He suspected that his grandmother was one, but even so, no one wanted to responsibility of teaching Lily how to deal with her ability and after a while resolved that she was just crazy.
Her human dad left them within a couple months of finding out the truth about Lily's true parentage and her mom was kicked from the local pack so they became loners with her real dad. Technically they became a pack of their own, but a very dysfunctional one.
When the human's started dying out and things went crazy, the three of them took up a bit of a nomadic life. This more solitary lifestyle was wonderful for Lily's abilities because she was no longer overwhelmed by all the different emotions, but instead she was just stuck feeling everything that her parents did. And lets just say her dad wasn't a very nice guy so there was a lot of pain in her mind.
Her parents decided that they were sick of having her around and finally wanted to go join a "real pack" but didn't want Lily to know the truth. Instead they told her that they were journeying to Three Valleys and would be starting a new life there. The two of them however had plans to continue on north to Canada and find a pack to join without Lily. They had mad a camp a few hours hike outside of the Territory and while Lily was sleeping, her parents slipped off into the night with the majority of their supplies. At first when Lily woke up, she didn't realize what had happened, but after waiting two days for them to come back to her she finally got the picture that they weren't coming back. Feeling a bit defeated she decided to continue to Three Valleys, determined to try and find a place where she felt like she could belong.

She was still pretty young when things went South for the Humans, so unless learning how to not care about what other people think about you is a special ability...then sadly she had none. She can cook decently though and used to make some pretty good cupcakes!

She has no idea what causes this and honestly doesn't even know that she's an empath. Her family has just told her she's crazy so thats what she believes. Perhaps she is a bit loopy, but the ability just makes it worse on her.
