Rusty is older than most superheroes at near 40, and looks almost ancient thanks to years of manual labor around heavy machinery out in the sun. He has, as advertised, rusty brown hair and bead, and he doesn't look like the kind of guy who could slap together a working fifteen foot robot in his back yard...yet here he is, cigarette in his mouth, beer bottle in one hand and the controls of The Junkyard Dogg in the other.
