Coralian is a tall woman, dressed in leathers and smudged with dirt and scratches. She spends most of her time in the forests, scouting paths and tracking down rare herbs to sell in the towns, villages, and outposts she visits.  For all her time in the wilds, Coralian has an easy way about her with people and makes an effort to clean up before coming into the villages and towns she trades with.  She tries to visit her family's farm at least once a month, where her parents provide the latest news, and her nieces and nephews beg for exciting dinosaur stories from "Aunt Railie."

Coralian is nearly always accompanied by Ajax, an akylosaurus that seems to watch you with unnerving intensity.  However, he doesn't seem to mind at all when the children use him as a climbing rock.
