Physical Description: A slim and slender blonde woman, slightly underweight but with a well proportioned body. Willowy and ethereal, rather than gaunt and anorexic.

Numbers wise she is five feet seven and weighs a hundred and fifteen pounds.

Personality: Elle is a friendly, though secretive, person. She enjoys helping those in need, mainly as a way to ingratiate herself into their thoughts and slowly turn them to Paganism, away from the evils of the Christian church and towards Woden, leader of the wild hunt and magical healer. Her ways might be viewed as sinful and depraved by some, justified and progressive by others.

She engages in dancing, sacrifice and the symbolic casting of runes and nature based spells. It is not lost on her that Woden is also known as Grim and recognised by Norsemen as their god Odin.

One day she hopes that these men will come to this land and eradicate the evil of the church. In the meantime she keeps her most revolutionary opinions secret, with her efforts directed to helping those in need and avoiding attracting too much attention.

Biography: Elle attend to the needs of the settlement with a variety of herbs and poultices. Her teas, ointments and herbal remedies work wonders and cement her as a valuable member of the community, so much so that the priest is forced to leave her alone, despite disliking the fact that she can provide relief, often when prayers cannot.

Her pagan rituals and practices are conducted in secret spots, and have a following of loyal pagans who disapprove of the church and their teachings. She actively but subtly seeks to usurp any preacher, and longs for the day when the church will be eradicated from the land. She views the new priest as corrupt and as evil as the last lying monster (whether correctly or not) and would happily assist any invaders if they were there to destroy the church and its twisted religion.

She currently lives in the woods, but visits the village settlement everyday, always finding someone who needs her aid and is grateful in return, ready to be convinced to abandon the church in spirit, and come to the pagan gatherings when they occur.

Family: Her family were killed when she was young, after defying an English Lord and preacher. She was taken in by a woman who lived in the woods, growing up to learn the ways of nature and paganism. Eventually she was able to get revenge on the preacher, poisoning him after gaining a position at his church as a servant. Since then, and after the death of her saviour, she chose to live in the woods, closer to nature and simply visit the village to help as needed.
