Physical Description: Rowena is of average height and slender with the figure of a young lady who has lived a healthy active life but without the heavy physical activity of a peasant wife.  Her hands are uncalloused but still slightly work roughened with household chores. She dresses well in colours that favour her ash blonde hair and make it look as golden as it gets. Her fingers, like her brothers are long and nimble, although it is slightly less pronounced with her.

Personality:  The priests filled Rowena's head with religion making her stiff and proud but also dutiful in the household tasks. She is prickly about her Christianity and full of the judgments it has filled her head with, but there is a hint of the girl she once was in unguarded moments Rowena has been brought up to pray, to sew and to run a household. She is accomplished with both reading and writing and is acknowledged as having a fine eye and nimble fingers for embroidery.

At present Rowena has been spending a lot of time in prayer and walks as solitary as the hovering guard can give her as she has been overhearing rumours that are spreading like fire that she may be wed and wed to a heathen. She has resolved herself that if this happens she will go as a martyr into their midst to show them Christian values by right living.
