Physical Description:

Alfred has shaggy, straight, dark brown hair and bright pale green eyes. He has an
oval-shaped face with a pale skin tone, and he is tall and slim. As for facial
hair, he usually has stubble, but when at court he is always fresh and proper.

Personality:

He is warm and comforting toward people he cares about, as he is always comforting Luthien or helping one of the serfs, guars, etc.  He is quite humorous, often poking fun or making jokes.  Many describe him as being cheeky yet he is serious at was he does, his training, and his loyalty to the King. He is very confident in himself and his abilities but feels like he has to constantly prove himself because of his illegitimate birth. Alfred also has a deep sense of responsibility.

His relationship with his half-brother and another Righteous guard Teon, has grown weary but he always is there for Teon.  They differ on opinion over Alfred's love for Luthien.

Alfred is close to his other siblings but probably more so to Eawynn who was also close to Luthien.

Biography:

Alfred, his younger half-brother Teon, Princes Olis and Princess Luthien all met when they were quite young.  Played together even.  As Alfred's father was a trusted member of the King's inner circle until his death.

Even though he was the bastard son of a Lord and high ranking member of the Elite Guard Alfred was his father's favorite.  Though due to his illegitimacy he often had to prove himself.  Which he has done, always at the top of his class in his training.

Though he is at the top of his class he is not without flaws.  It is rumored his
mother is a heretic, his temper can get the better of him.  He is also stubborn.

His love for the Princess hinders him for the Prince knows and uses it against him.


As children he and the Princess were close only when they began to come of age were they separated.  Though the relationship still stayed between them, they met in secret and he would do all he could to get on her guard detail.  Though they had always been careful to never show affection in public.
