Overall Appearance:
Though in stature, she appears small and delicate no more then 5ft4.5, her presence speaks of a woman full of intensity and passion, strongly opinionated and loyal to those she deems worthy of her friendship. Of mixed descent, bright stormy blue eyes shimmer with flecks of a darker blue, her long hair streaked with a pale red slash but looks to most as silver or pale blond, skin tanned and unmarred. She dresses simply, in acid style denim jeans or white denim, laced up boots, tightly bound shirts, chosen so as to not hinder her movements  having little use for more feminine attire.

Basic Personality:
She is not the typical happy go lucky type person often encountered in the world, nor the distant haughty type, but she leans towards hot hotheadedness, with a quick temper and even quicker tongue and the unwillingness to let others close.

Flaws: Distrustful and has a very hard time asking for, or accepting help when it is needed.

History:
Adopted into a family as an infant, Bhraddie Anne and Alexander Rowan. They were a young couple unable to have children of their own, so adopting the baby girl was the best choice. Jasmine knew she was loved by her family and taught many of the cultures from both her adoptive parents. When very young her adoptive mother realized Jazzy could befriend even the most dangerous of beast, or quiet a wild horse, or simply sit there and pet an unexpected doe, she was taught and given tools on how to call to the animals of their home.

Starting at the age of 5 Jasmine's (Jazzy) adoptive father started to teach her of herbs, plants, roots, and other garden like items. All things used in alchemy. It was while they were out hunting herbs, and hidden other roots near the small house, that Jazzy vaguely remembers the conversation between Lee, and some strange scary fellow named Mister Riley and a young man/boy that had been introduced as Sojin. There was some heated words, and talk as well as some panic, fear, and anger. These were sensations she had picked up and no one told her, this was when it was noticed she had something called empathy.

Years passed, and the odd meeting with strangers became nothing more then a faded hazy memory. As Jasmine grew she went to school, and was taught to hide her gifts, powers, or to a young girl who wanted to be normal a curse, from others. Her mother was worried that Jazzy would be shunned, her father was worried that Jazzy would be abused, and used if others knew what she could do. Jazzy was just worried about being called a witch or something worse.

Life was odd with in the community after the death of her adoptive parents. She never told anyone about her life after she left and headed out on her own when she turned 16. Trying hard to just be normal she fell into some bad crowds only to be saved one night just after she turned 17 by a strange dark man. Later she learned his name was Sojin, and he had done far more then save her. He understood. Now Sojin a street racer who she does PR work for, and a few others in the crew are family.

The past few years have been interesting to say the least, but is was this passed year that has caused Jazzy to have a look in her eyes of being very much older then she really is.

Abilities: Is a strong with empathy, can see Auras, can sense when anyone lies to her, can project emotions, and has a very super strong animal affinity that even works with all Shifters.
