Devan Longclaw is a Kodiak Grizzly shifter that was born in the Northern Part of Wyoming.  His family had been moved off their homeland back at the turn of the century by Teddy Roosevelt and his National Park, but the pack stayed close.  As the years past most of the pack moved North into Canada.  Devan went with them, but his heart was always part of his homeland.

When the Gray Plague happened and the Evactuation Order came down, Devan moved South.  By that time, his family had been pretty well spread out, trying to lay low. He returned South with his wife, and tried to rebuild.  It was his idea to build Three Valleys.  He's not particularly keen on being the Marshall, but sees the need.

If you're looking for him, he's most likely at the Jail or at his home.  His door is always open.
