Dave is a quiet guy who works at the General Store.  He is a Bison Shifter from the Grain Cooperative.  He left the Grain Cooperative when his True Mate, Sally, Died in childbirth, during a East Coaster raid on their land.  He moved West and started up the General Store with the supplies he brought from the Cooperative.  He's the connection to the food resources there.  He never turns into his Bison form.  He's a kinda sad guy, who can be goofy and funny.
