Personality:

Augustus or Gus as most people call him is not exactly the most memorable person after one meets him. He prefers to keep his head down so as not to draw attention to himself since he does not like the attention. Needless to say he is a bookworm, nerd or whatever other synonym one wishes to use to describe someone who is devoted to academics. Of course the mild mannered man is a completely different sort once he puts his mask on to go save the city. Once he is in his costume he is cocky and known to crack a joke in the middle of a fight. Mostly this is to upset the criminals since the only thing worse than dealing with a person with powers is someone with powers who constantly belittles them.

There are hints of truths to who he really is with both of these personas even if most only see one side or the other. If someone is able to get through the layers they would learn he is loyal, earnest in everything he does and has a strong sense of doing what he believes is right even if it comes at a great personal costs. Of course there are times when he doesn't think things through and his impulsiveness has landed him in trouble. In terms of his capabilities as a hero he does not think he amounts to much considering the other heroes that are around.

Physical Description:

Gus is not an imposing figure in the slightest. He stands in at six foot even and has more of a lean, wiry athletic build than a bulky, muscular physique. He has a squared jawline, relatively full lips that seem to be locked in a constant smile. It goes without saying he has one of those youthful baby-faced looks to the point people assume he is younger than he really is. He is usually seen sporting round black glasses though if one was to ever look through them they would learn they do not seem to be the prescription kind.  Behind those glasses he has dark green eyes that more often than not have a glint to them. His hair is naturally black and he prefers not to keep it too long or too short but just enough for him to style it if he so wishes to.

For attire he prefers more casual garb and would rather be in a hoodie and jeans than anything else. He can dress up if need be but it is obvious that he is not the sort who cares about being up to date with the latest fashion trends. The only true item he cares about when it comes to clothing is of course hero suit. It does not look like much with it covering him from head to toe in dark gray material with dark green highlights that seems to shift to black depending on the lighting in the room. The gloves appear to have accompanying bracers though it is difficult to tell if they serve another function than their intended use. The mask is mostly featureless save for the two eyes that serve as a visor of sorts. A pair of boots and belt completes the outfit.

Backstory:

This will be revealed during the game as Gus talks more about his life before coming to another Earth. (In reality the player wrote way too long of a backstory and doesn't want to put anyone through reading all of that mess from the start.)
