Marlena Aurunstahr-Imagawa appears to many to be what she is not. To those who know the horrible stories of the White elves, she is assumed to be of their number at first glance. All who know tales of Grey elf society scowl or draw away when they see her pass. In truth, Marlena is the daughter of a Grey elf and human; a heritage many do not believe based on its extreme improbability.

Relatively young at 135 years of age, having been born June 20th of 365 3E, Marlena still possesses the beauty of an elfmaiden, although it is offset by the hard lessons and look of wisdom of one who has struggled for every step of her life. She stands slightly short at 5’2” and weighs a light 115 lbs, but makes up for her stature with her dignified posture. Her thick silver-white, thigh length hair and pale complexion are the reason she is mistaken for a White elf, but those assumptions are dropped upon sight of her kind expression and brilliant violet eyes, the mark of her Goddess’ favor.

Contrary to her Grey elf heritage, Marlena is friendly, gentle, open-minded, and extremely patient. Known to think first, talk second, and fight last, she works hard to overcome the assumptions of others and bring them the acceptance and friendship teachings of her Goddess, Elianar. Though calm and collected most of the time, her rare shows of anger are quite intimidating…and powerful. But overall, Marlena follows her passion for helping and educating others to bring them together and make the world a better place. Her love for her Goddess is only slightly higher than her love for her husband, Hanryu Imagawa.
