Headmaster of the Academy of Martial Arts, an institution responsible for training half of the human fighters in the world, Theophilus Zaren is an enigmatic and powerful man. The dozens of people that jump to do his bidding also help to convey this image. He dresses in a shiny black nobleman's outfit and often wears fur. No one is really sure of his degree of combat skill, but he rarely has to fight himself, allowing his many bodyguards to do it for him.
