Arven Malphigian, A.K.A. Arven the Annihilator is short for a Rahu-Man standing only thirteen feet tall and relatively slender weighing in at five hundred pounds. His black hair has been bleached blonde and cropped short which is uncommon for his race. Being a worldly gunslinger though Arven is definitely an uncommon Rahu-Man. He wears the traditional monk style billowy shirt and pants but has covered them with a large mexican style serrape and a ridiculously large sombrero. He normally keeps all four of his arms tucked neatly beneath his poncho and rarely reveals more than two of them. He has no obvious weaponry but someone with a trained eye would notice bulges along all four of his forearms. He also has a nifty high tech looking harness concealed beneath his poncho that holds lots of extra e-clips and some silver daggers.

   Arven is young and brash, at least by Rahu-Man standards. In the west he is a well known gunslinger especially throughout the Pecos Empire. In Tolkeen however he is just another freaky face in the crowd. He grew tired of killing every pathetic up and comer that wanted to showdown with him. He didn't want anyone to call him "yella" but he didn't have the haert to gun down anymore suckers so he left the west, travelled through the Colorado Baronies, and setteld on Tolkeen because of the war. Killing is the only thing he is good at and even though he has had little trouble with the C.S. as far south as he lived he knows what they are all about.
