POWERS:
Telepathic Invisibility (Incredible)
 The Stranger can emit a field that renders him not so much really
invisible as unnoticeable, to the point where anyone effected will be
unaware of his presence no matter the actions he takes. When performing an
action that normally would be detectable the person(s) effected will come
up with either a normal rational explinaton or will completely ignore what
is going on. Ex: The Stranger opens a file cabinet and is going through the
contents. People nearby do not see the drawer open as that would make them
aware of his presence, so therefore they do not note anything going on
there. When walking down the street people automatically step aside to not
bump into him but do not notice the sidestepping.

Telekinesis (Good)
 The Stranger can manipulate objects with his mind as if using rank
strength.
-Remote Sensing (Good)
 The Stranger has fine manipulation skill with his telekinesis, to the
point where he can feel objects with his mind. Using this ability allows
him extremely fine manipulations and the ability to move things without
seeing them.
-Force Construct (Good)
 The Stranger can 'solidify' his telekinetic energy into a matrix that has
rank physical strength in any shape he so desires.

Penetration Vision (Good)
 The Stranger can see through solid materials as if they were made of
glass, up to his rank in feet. This ability is uneffected by material
strength but is blocked by energy resistance fields.

Teleportation* (Good)
 The Stranger may teleport with rank ability, but may not take others with
him. This ability manifests itself as a blurring and then he is gone.

Electrical Control (Remarkable)
 The Stranger may control electric fields, increasing or decreasing them
with rank ability. The basic use of this power is to control machines (rank
roll for advanced computers, no roll for simple machines).
-Electric Sensing (Remarkable)
 The Stranger can 'feel' electric impulses around him and decode them, thus
rendering him able to detect hidden machines, power sources, wiring, and
the like, as well as understand things transmitted via line.
-Stun (Remarkable)
 The Stranger can stun a target with rank ability by overloading the
synapses or electric impulses. This ability works on both living targets as
well as mechanical ones (living targets are stunned for 1-10 rounds after
the power is turned off, mechanical devices are shut off unless able to
reboot themselves, in which case they act as living targets).

Iron Will (Excellent)
 The Stranger has total control over all aspects of his body, letting him
absorb rank damage and either store it or convert it into half damage. This
ability protects against all forms of attack.
-Human Changeling (Excellent)
 The Stranger can change his own body in a variety of physical ways as long
as he remains in a human form. These are actual physical changes and is not
counted as a disguise. Typically he uses this ability to keep his face
blank and leaves no fingerprints at all. This ability also allows him to
change his voice.
-Regeneration (Excellent)
 The Stranger's body heals at 20x the normal rate due to his intense body
control, and he may regrow lost limbs and organs as well.

Equipment Storage (Excellent)
 The Stranger can produce equipment from various pockets or spaces with
rank ability. Normal equipment up to rank cost can be produced, up to one
rank higher with a feat roll. GM has the final say on whether or not a
specific piece of equipment can be produced, although if something is
'stored' it can be recalled at any time. Note, this is a form of
teleportation/dimensional storage and so items 'put away' cannot be
detected since they are not stored on his person.

TALENTS:
Detective/Espionage
 In matters involving any form of detection or espionage, The Stranger
gains a +1CS to all rolls. This gives him a knowledge of investigation and
spy techniques.

First Aid
 In matters involving injuries and medical procedures The Stranger gains a
+1CS to all rolls. This gives a basic knowledge of medicines, first aid
procedures, and medical equipment.

EQUIPMENT:
The Stranger produces a variety of equipment from his 'Equipment Storage'
ability, but has displayed a fondness for the pistol and zip ties, as well
as a variety of badges and sunglasses.

WEAKNESSES:
Pacifist: When using any damaging attack The Stranger has a -3CS to hit.
Note, this does not effect his stun ability.

CONTACTS:
Free Corps: A 'special operative' freelancer, The Stranger has established
ties to Free Corps and as such may contact them for assistance as well as
be contacted by them as well.

BACKGROUND:
Born to average parents with average dreams, The Stranger's past is
shrouded in mystery due to his lack of distinguishing characteristics. He's
let slip that the town he was born in no longer exists and that he has no
family any longer, but no specifics have been mentioned.
He's been a freelance investigator for many years with a reputation for
being able to get the job done.
