He wears a leather skull cap, and he seemed to favor very earthen colors because what he wore mostly consisted of browns and greys. The insignia he wore on his shoulder may have been the only hint of color he allowed himself. The cut of his leathers had some foreign influences and were oddly Cathayanish. This could be due in part of preferring the practicality or flexibility that may be provided. It may also be a sign of his travels. His pants were loose fitting as expected of someone who is accustomed to being on horseback. At his waist still hung the rapier and the gauge sitting on opposite sides of each other and there was a tabbed pouch centered on the back of his belt.
