A third-year student and, happily, Tiana's boyfriend, Ryan is well known and liked around campus, getting on well with her friend Kate. His father had pressed him to study business and joint he family firm, but Ryan was more interested in literature and language. An English major, he and Ti met when they were on opposite sides of the debating team, and was drawn to to the vivacious, smart, passionate woman he saw under her shell of modesty.

A star of the university's track and field team, Ryan has a runner's physique, with strong legs, rock-hard butt, a fantastically toned stomach and broad shoulders, well-muscled from when he pulls double duty on the javelin squad. He has brown eyes, jaw-length sandy-blonde hair and a talented pair of lips and tongue. When not training or studying, he loves to try new things with Tiana: bowling, diving, singing lessons, volunteering at the city mission.
