Dark hair, down her back, blue eyes and barely 20. Her father left on Richard's crusade in the holy land and he never came home.He'd left his holdings and decided to head out after visiting the holy land on a pilgrimage. Forming a loose group of strangers together, they went on what could only be called an adventure. A force any knight would be proud of, Chin and Moor riding with Saxon and Norman soldiers visited places that had never been seen before.

It was on this trip that he met and married the daughter of a local chieftain. Hajirah was beautiful and as ready to leave her tiny village as he was to take her. They had a girl the first year out and two years later they were still finding new lands to explore when she took ill and perished Henry returned to England a changed man and married what he thought would be the perfect mother for his child. He found out too late that she was nothing she'd pretended  to be. Wanderlust again claimed him and he and his small group of men took off once more.

He left the blonde wife home while dragging his child all over the known world, exploring with a ragged group of thieves and ne'er do wells. She learned much of healing and fighting from the group before the call to the crusade was heeded and he headed out, leaving his daughter at the mercy of her stepmother. It didn't take long for the young girl to fear for her innocence when Isabel did little to protect her from the randy knights and soldiers of her father's keep. Naasirah had grown into beauty and it drew many an eye. When her stepmother ended up with child and Naasirah refused to give her the herbs to lose the child, she was banished from the keep. Finding a small place outside the castle but within the Earl's lands, she helps those who need healing.
