This hobgoblin wears a functional breastplate of some kind of dirty, red-tinged metal.  On his back in its sheath is a two handed battle axe few humans could even lift.  At first glance this is the arch-typical Unbular fighter.  But further observation reveals that there is intelligence enough to make him considerably more lethal than the stereotype.
