Physique: Marcus is 6'2", of athletic build, he has short blond hair and has very rugged features with a long scar down his right cheek.

Personality: Marcus has a nasty side to his personality, he has a way of getting himself into trouble hence the scar. He is very loyal to his friends, although he doesn't make friends easily, he is not one to trust.

History: In his early career Marcus was a very loyal officer following orders and directives without question however things changed during the war with the Borg, "You can only witness so much death and run away so many times! You can go to hell if you think I'm running any more!" was the line that he used just before breaking his captains nose, after the captain had given the order to retreat from a losing battle against a cube, he took control of the weapon systems and attempted to fire all the weapons at the cube, this didn't work and the ship was disabled, when he came to he was aboard a different ship, and taken with the rest of the surviving crew back to earth where he was charged with assault on a senior officer, destruction of federation property and putting the lives of star fleet personnel in danger. He was sent to the penal colony on mars. He was released 6 months ago on the understanding that he go to the Space Station K-10 and report to the Commanding Officer with orders to join the marine detachment on the station. As an additional punishment Marcus was reduced in rank to 2nd Lieutenant. To say that his reputation precedes him is an understatement! Starfleet Command has sent word that Marcus is on his way and to make sure they keep an eye on him.
