Physical Description: Jax is a couple inches shy of 6 feet, dark haired and slender, with an olive complexion and ears that are just a little larger than they should be.  He has black eyes and a smallish nose above thin lips.  He always keeps his hair short and well groomed, and does not tolerate facial hair on himself.

Personality: Jax has mellowed a bit in recent years.  While he was very much driven when he was younger, the birth of his daughter and happy marriage to Divya have made him more content.  He still has a great deal of intellectual curiosity, and always likes to tinker with things.  He does seek constant improvement.  He is somewhat intolerant of those that do not display any sort of curiosity or desire to learn.  He has an annoying habit of breathing in noisily through his nose and letting it out slowly when he is frustrated with someone or something.  He generally tends to follow regulations and rules, but is not afraid to step outside those boundaries every once in awhile
