Jasmine is a little over five foot, three inches and weights about 127 lbs.  She appears to be an athletic human female in her early thirties.
Jasmine wears the uniform of a Klingon warrior.  It is a combination of black leather and metal strips of protective armor in key locations. There is a diamond shape cut out in the front of the armor revealing traditional Klingon Cleavage.
At her collar she wears Star Fleet pips not the silver circle of Klingon Rank.
On her upper right sleeve she has a thin strip of greenish tartan.



The daughter of Star Fleet personnel, she has spent the majority of her life shipboard. The most time she spent on one planet was her time on Earth while attending Star Fleet Academy.

Her first posting was as a shuttle pilot onboard a Galaxy-class starship.  While posted there, she met and fell in love with the body-guard of a Klingon diplomat.  When war broke out between the Federation and the Klingon's in 2372, his ship was destroyed and he is assumed to be dead.

Since then, she has dedicated herself to her career and her duties.
Jasmine rose through the ranks based on her extraordinary piloting skills.  She was helmsman on the USS Delaware, and moved into a command position when the Chief of Operations was killed during the War with the Dominion. She proved herself, and on a ship the size of the Delaware, the jump to First Officer was easier to manage than on a larger vessel.

She has proven herself to be an able commander, though she doesn't tolerate stupidity and has extremely high standards of conduct, behavior, and performance.

Behind her back, crewmen refer to her as 'The Enforcer'.  To her face, she's called 'Ma'am'.

Lt. Metcalf's is aware of her good looks, and has her uniforms tailored to show off her body.  This can be very distracting and disconcerting to the crew around her.  Some suggest she does it, simply because distracted crewmen make mistakes, and she's always looking for a reason to lambast them.  The truth is, she enjoys looking good, and feels that life is fleeting and she will not have her looks forever.

Working closely with Captain Clarke, she developed both a more nurturing command style and a deep love for her captain.

Luckily for Jasmine, after a year of growing tension between her love of her captain and her duty to Star Fleet, she was accepted in the Officer Exchange Program and was made the XO of the IKS Khan. Serving on the Khan, she earned the respect of the officers and crew by showing loyalty to the Empire over her own Star Fleet, by training and developing the officers and crew of the IKS Khan, and by coming into her own as a competent warrior both on the ground and in space.

When Mak'Kluj abandoned his post as Commander of Klingon Fleets in the Gamma Quadrant and pursued a personal quest of vengeance in the Alpha Quadrant, he left Jasmine and two loyal lieutenants behind. Somehow, Jasmine has become the senior Klingon officer in the Quadrant, though she is unsure what she is to do with that power.

Recently, Jasmine has worked closely with the Romulan Ambassador. She and the Klingon officers left behind have served has his aides and unofficial body guards.  She has learned the Romulan language and is unsure as to what the future holds for her.
