Amanda Kelly has the blue eyes and dirty blond hair.  She has an athletic build and spends much of her time in the gym.  She is the senior NCO on K10, at least amongst the marines, and sees it as her duty to ensure that the officers assigned to her care neither embarrass the corps nor get marines killed unnecessarily.

She has built a rapport with the members of K-10's Marines that they feel comfortable turning to her for help.  They also know that when she gives an order, she expects it to be followed without deviation.

She has proven her bravery in combat time and again.
