Effect: Michael summons a Small dust devil in an unoccupied space within range. The dust devil has a speed of 8. Michael can give the dust devil the following special command.
Standard Action: Close burst 1; targets each creature in burst; Intelligence (+5) vs. Reflex;
1d10 + 4 damage, and the dust devil slides the target 2 squares.
Intrinsic Nature: If Michael hasn't given the dust devil any commands by the end of his
turn, it attacks an adjacent creature. If it can’t do that, it moves its speed toward the nearest creature. In addition, Michael falls prone.
Symbiosis: While the summoned dust devil is present, Michael gains a +2 power bonus to speed
and a +4 power bonus to all defenses against opportunity attacks.

With a staff in his right hand with a wrist razor on his right arm. He wears a heavy shield on his left arm. He also wears a backpack, Michael looks a bit more rugged than most individuals that do not wear armor.

Personality traits:
Michael is witty, grim, and suspicious of others. He is easygoing, when it
comes to making decisions, but he is dutiful when following rules. Due to his
studies he is hard-hearted, as he knows life is not fair.
Michael is steady and patient in dire situations, as he knows a calm mind can
overcome situations where panic only leads to death. He is impassioned by
setbacks as you can learn more from failing than from winning sometimes.

Character background:
Michael Stevenson grew with his father Arthur Stevenson, who is a
scholar, and his mother Samantha Stevenson, who is somewhat of a tomboy as she
is a soldier in a local militia. As such Michael learned the value of
knowledge but didn't ignore the concept of physical combat, as he split his
studies between martial practices and the arcane, although he still seeks
further knowledge, as he believes knowledge can hold the answer to many of
life's problems.
