Alison used to be short, about 5'0, and with a slight, wispy build.  She barely weighed 95 pounds.  Since her early teens she's been wheelchair bound, with a devastating muscular wasting disease.  Until recently she's been paralyzed completely from the waist down.

Until the changes.  Now she's grown well over a foot, and gained who knows how many pounds of muscle.  She's about 6'6" tall now, and built like a powerful amazon.
