Kolvar is a covered a grey cloak pulled cinched tight around him as if he was cold.  The hood is pulled up, keeping his face
in shadow.  He moves with quietly and carefully.  From what you can see of his face, there's no hint of facial hair.  But, that's all you can see, at first glance.  There's no sign of armor under his cloak, although there is a shortsword on his right hip.  And his belt is adorned with many pouches.  There are also dagger hilts poking up from his boots and a few on his belt.

When he finally does push back the cowl of his cloak, you can see that he has short brown hair and dull, gray eyes.  They seem to judge everything and find everything uninteresting.  His face is unremarkable, easily forgotten.  But, he's clearly an elf, if only from his height of just over five feet and his slender build.
