Dan Walker is the head of the UtopiaNevada facility.  He sees to the management of the day to day affairs of the facility, deals with the public, makes press releases, and deals personally with the nova recruits.  Dan ensures that his trainees are adapting well to life within Utopia, manages their case files, and adapts the training program as needed.  Finally, Dan teaches the Public Relations and Utopia Procedures courses.

Aside from his activities on base, Dan is something of a mystery.  Research on his past yields nothing, and when asked about the time before he came to the facility, he manages to change the subject before revealing much of anything important.
