Frostburn teaches the Nova Powers and Tactics course at the UtopiaNevada training camp.  While she is not a primary T2M member, she is an auxiliary member, and has stated that she has also done other problem solving work for Project Utopia outside of the aegis of T2M.

Frostburn is friendly and outgoing, on and off the clock, though not in a very personal way.  She speaks little of the work she has done, except in a vague manner, and makes no effort to connect with those around her.  She prefers to party and have a good time while off duty, without any of the messy strings that come with interpersonal relationships.  On the weekends she can be found in Vegas spending large sums of money on the strip.

Frostburn took on more responsibility for the Utopia Nevada base, and was promoted to commander of operations.  As the volatility of world and nova politics increased, Frostburn's devil-may-care, fun loving attitude shifted to a more obviously desperate escapism, resorting to alcohol (and other substances) to help her forget her responsibilities and her questionable past as an intelligence operative for at least a little while.

After the events of Bahrain, at the urging of Impetus and others she took the position of Utopia-Directorate liaison in charge of investigating Utopia's dark underbelly and supervising American Directorate activity.  Her new role has given her renewed purpose, but the return to her old field of work wears on her psyche.
