Paramel is an intelligent sword forged by elven smiths in ages past. It was found guarded by a mutilated basilisk in the caves above Northending - even Paramel has no idea how long they had been there.
It has memories of ages past, places long decayed into rubble and people dead and buried for centries. It has little useful knowledge of contemporary times or places.
Effective (so it says) in combat, it claims to be able to detect magic and shift objects by it's will alone - all this is yet to be confirmed by deed.
It is currently in the possession of the Paladin Jeremiah.
