The Mayor of Blackthorn is a gentlemen of middle age who fills out his wardrobe very well (the unkind would call him rotund). He sports a distinguished salt-and-pepper mustache (more salt than pepper these days) and a full set of muttonchop sideburns. He sports a stately monocle, and carries an expensive silver-headed cane.
