Captain Tomas Burr-foot appears to be your standard issue Halfling,
brown hair and grey eyes, except he commonly wears a mithral shirt
and clothes and hat suited for a respected ship captain. He has
over the shoulder a sword belt and a light crossbow never leaves his
side.

  You usually see him either on the deck of the Eygre Scale, or ashore with his large Hound named Shark.
