Name: Frostbite
Physical Description: Frostbite's entire body is covered in ice. As he moves the ice seems to shift and reform without effort. Frostbite appears to have an athletic build below his icy patina.
Personality: Despite is icy persona Frostbite is outgoing and friendly. Even though he maintains a secret identity Frostbite has a good relationship with the media and the police.
Powers: In battle Frostbite is able to armor his body with additional ice. He can also project ice at his opponents and other targets. In addition to his power to produce and control ice, Frostbite appears to be highly skilled martial artist capable of defeating his foes with nothing but his fists, but when he combines he ice powers with his martial skills he is a very dangerous opponent.
