Judge Bain

Description: Judge Bain is tall with an athletic build. Handsome and strong jawed he looks like a Judge. But there is a coldness to him that keeps him from being charming. His uniform is impeccable and his equipment is maintained meticulously.

Personality: Bain, the product of two decades of living in institutions and undergoing extensive indoctrination is a bot of a cool customer. Since his earliest memories, Bain has known the dark side of life and has armored himself against it. But having started life alone, Bain also knows all too well of the importance of comradeship. Those he considers comrades are like family to him, but unable to express his emotions he show this with his loyalty.

History: His records state that Jonathan Bain was raised in an orphanage, and that he was just one more discarded infant left at the door. The record also states that he had excelled in on his vocational aptitude tests, and was removed to the custody of the department of justice to enter the Academy of Law.

As a young cadet Bain was physically fit, very intelligent though somewhat taciturn. Over fifteen years of training he proved a dedicated cadet who focused on strengthening both his strengths and weaknesses. In the pre atomic days Bain would have been called a boy scout.

Term One
Even as a young cadet Bain proved to be a leader. Dedicated to law and order he stood against those who would bully weaker cadets and made friends among the other cadets.

Term Two
Bain focused and what he considered the most important aspects of being a judge. He proved an excellent student and developed an excellent study of the law. He also devoted time gaining expertise in tactics. But despite his focus, Bain was able to accrue a great amount of general knowledge.

Term Three
Despite having shown some other talents, Bain was assigned to be trained as a street judge. Bain showed an aptitude for quick thinking in combat and excelled in tactical drills. Bain proved his steel during his Hotdog Run into the Cursed Earth by not only surviving but taking down some dangerous fugitives.

Term Four
In the final term Bain continued to prove an excellent cadet who while focused on training in the skills required of a street judge, also learned to rely on the instinctual abilities that were needed to excel in the role and bring justice to the denizens of Mega City One. While not as gifted with weapons as some other cadets, Bain had an instinct for combat that made him a tough customer indeed.

Full Eagle Day
Smart and tough Bain proved that versatility could make the difference between life and death on the streets. Judge Nimrod awarded his Full Eagle and black helmet. Judge Bain was ready to bring justice to Metro City One.
