Lazlo Lowenstein COC

Dr. Lazlo Lowenstein is a rather odd looking man with slightly bulging eyes,a broad high forehead and a wide mouth. Of average height and weight he appears to keep himself fit. Lowenstein also has a very distinctive manner of speech that would probably best be described as sibilant, his accent also betrays some foreign elements as do some of his mannerisms. Despite being an odd and unattractive man, Lowenstein is an excellent dresser wearing very fashionable suits from the best tailors. Whether it be clothes, food, wine, art or jewelry he is fond of the finest thing and seems to indulge himself. Lowenstein carries a walking stick.
