Testuyama was a minor gangster. With the support of a Yakuza boss and
the grudging respect of some other underworld bosses, Tetsuyama has made a
place for himself as a minor player. Like many mixed members of the Yakuza he was driven out during the war of '43.
Following the war Tastuhara Nakao became an independent still serving his old Oyubun despite the changes. He was a respected negotiator and knew his way around the streets. But a few years ago with another shift in power his luck ran out
He is the silent partner in The Black
Lotus, a popular hang out for people looking for bad things in bad places.
Unlike most gangsters Tetsuyama also runs the shadows. However while Tetsuyama
looks like a Samurai his dislike for guns limits his offensive role. Instead
he is a smart and street savvy face man with a number of powerful friends.
However given the power of his fists and skill with which he uses makes him
a deadly addition to any team.

BACKGROUND:

2) Does your character have a family? Yes. He is a bastard and does not
really know his father. He takes care of his mother.
3) Does your character have an ethnic background? Testuyama is the
product of a union between a Japanese Yakuza and a Russian Korean
prositute.
APPEARANCE:
4) What does your character look like? Like a refrigiator in a nice
suit.
5) What does your character dress like? Well dressed in bootleg suits
stolen off the docks.
6) Does your character have physical quirks? He often shows off his
strength.
